Built a comprehensive self-hosted platform replacing $100-300K/yr in SaaS costs. The platform runs 45+ services across 20+ Hetzner dedicated servers using Dokploy for orchestration, Traefik for reverse proxy and SSL, Authentik for SSO across 32 applications, and Cloudflare for DNS and DDoS protection. Includes full observability, security, backup automation, and disaster recovery.
